*Do not confuse “REC” with just “beginner.” It is ALL-play, ALL -levels: we have experienced players who attend and play hard. But we make a welcoming space for all ability levels: the advanced players really WANT beginners to join them because they’re trying to grow the sport! :)

why rec?

We launched in fall ‘25 to give girls who are just starting out a chill, welcoming spot to practice Ultimate. But we quickly learned that even the most experienced players wanted to come together at a low-stakes frisbee scene and remember the simple joy of playing outside with friends!

It is a sport, so we do play hard and compete, of course! But Rec All Play days also have a laid-back social vibe: long snack breaks, music, cheering, and plenty of smiles. This is a place where girls can connect with players from different schools and introduce more people to the awesomeness of our sport and community.

Bring your friends and family to help us support and celebrate the ATL Ultimate Girls Community!

I want to meet more girls in Atlanta who like playing frisbee.

I want to be part of supporting the growth of Girls Ultimate in ATL.

I want to get better at Ultimate Frisbee.

I want coaches on hand to encourage me and help when I have questions.

Running around outside chasing frisbees sounds like fun.

If yes, then REC -All Play is for you.
