A totally unstructured, relaxed time to play frisbee
No drills/instruction
A wide variety of skill levels*
Coaches will set up multiple fields so that age groups and experience levels can play separately
Coaches on-site to encourage kids, facilitate play, and answer questions
Unlimited spots- the more the merrier
Suggested donation $5-30
*Do not confuse “PICK-UP” with just “beginner.” It is ALL-levels: we have experienced players who attend and play hard. But we make a welcoming space for all ability levels: the advanced players really WANT beginners to join them because they’re trying to grow the sport! :)
why pick-up?
Because sometimes you just want to PLAY! No drills, no lessons, no coaching, no keeping score. GUAC will provide the fields, discs, cones, pinnies, and music- you can just drop in and play as many points as you like, or just hang out on the sideline.
Pick-up is where players of all experience levels come together in a low-stakes frisbee scene to remember the simple joy of playing outside with friends!
