Depending on certification and experience level, we offer stipends for many of our Head and Assistant Coaching positions. Your expertise is valuable, and we appreciate you sharing your time and talent!

We know many high-level players want to support the next generation, but may not have the time to commit to coaching a full season. Just join us for one event! We can pair you with an experienced coach who can put you to work running drills and cheering for the kids. Having you out there shows younger players they can have a future playing college/club/pro-level Ultimate one day!

If you are already coaching a school-based youth ultimate team, but are looking for new material and drills, please reach out! You can shadow and/or assist one of the Academy Sessions that are led by coaches with elite coaching/playing experience. See what/how the pros coach, and get fresh ideas to bring back to your school team!
